Ideally a game where you select an army based on a points system or similar so both sides are equal. Then you take turns to move fire etc. so in in a stlye like chess. Does anything like that exist?

I can game through Skype or pretty much anywhere else. Im a pretty big stoner so I usually keep a nice buzz going throughout the session. However, my mic doesnt work so if I use a video chat program, i have to IM.
