I want to get a mac so that I can make apps with gamesalad. Considering that the Mac Mini is the cheapest mac,i was going to buy one, but I was wondering if it even meets the requirements to downloading gamesalad. Thanks for any help.
Answer
Of course! Gamesalad just needs like Snow Leopard to run.

How can I take a game I made in GameMaker or GameSalad and make it multi-player for iPhones across a network?

So, I have a game made via both GameSalad and GameMaker...
1. Is there an easy way to export code from these programs to be edited in some other way to make them multi-player capable? Neither GameMarker nor GameSalad allows for iPhone network multiplayer.
2. I realize that a server would be needed. Given a server, what do I need to do code-wise to create a simple user interface for connecting phones for multiplayer gameplay?
3. I am assuming that what I am about to ask is non-existent. Is there any software as simple as GameMake and GameSalad that does make iPhone based multiplayer as simple as the rest of the program itself, maybe one that has partnered with a 3rd party server company?
