Try looking at www.gamespot.com. If you do a search for that game they have a hints and cheats section which is usually brilliant. Plus it has additional links to forums and stuff. everything you could want to know about the game can be got to from that website.

FIFA 12 game face help?
I try to download my game face but it always stops downloading and says "could not download the selected file at this time" any help appreciated :)

This problem occurs a lot if you have old FIFA game data on your system. Clear your system from all saved FIFA files from older games (FIFA 11 and earlier). Also, if there is a FIFA 12 Game Face saved, delete that too. Then try downloading again.
If that doesn't work, ensure everything saved properly when you implemented your game face online.
