http://www.indeed.com/q-Game-Tester-jobs.html Here's a link to some local Game Testing jobs, but before you apply, think about this. You're testing 40 hours a week, and mostly all you do is report bugs, glitches, ect. Game testing really has little to do with whether or not you think the game is fun. If I were you though, I would stick to a more well-known and reliable job.
Oh, and you still need to be sixteen. So if you're a thirteen year old boy who wants to make cartoons for Youtube, that's not gonna happen.
EDIT: Also, most places I checked say you need a college degree of some sort. So good luck, pal.

I realy want to be gametester but I don't know how I am very dedicated I realy want a game tester job but how please tell me I am really dedicated and Ive wanted this job so much I write reviews for every game I play
Answer
Game testing isn't about writing reviews, by the way. It's about playing the same game over and over until you find a bug and then playing that part over and over until you replicate it and then you look for more bugs and then you go crazy.
Also, you find it like any other job: Applications on the internet/newspaper/other media, going into/ringing up a gaming company to see if they have openings.
