I don't get the game!! Why does the boy kill his parents with a chainsaw and how is that related to the patient? Also at the end, why are you the doctor? Can anyone expain each part of the game?

Thats the point of the game, you're supposed to not get it and wonder. Some games are just like that (random and confusing) XD
