Record online stream?

Q. This might be a little off-topic, but I have class at 7:00 PM EST and I REALLY want to see this game on espn360.com. I have to leave at 6:30 so I have to start recording earlier. Can anybody help me as to what programs to download or use in order to record the game? All I want to do is watch it when I get home on my computer. The game will probably be around 2 hours long.

I'm bad at this stuff thank you for any help.
