A friend and i want to record ourselves playing video games and commentating on it, Kind of like Game Grumps and Cr1tikal. What kind of program could i use to record our audio, + the games audio and the screen, and if possible ourselves (i have a webcam). and if possible could we use it for streaming aswell

need to find a good animation program for mac that can work with a drawing tablet and pen for mac? I'm thinking the newest Adobe flash but I've been hearing negative things about it. I just want to do simple cartoons like little "Game Grumps Animated" videos. I just really have no idea what to get, please help. I'm not on a budget, but I don't want an extremely professional program that will cost $1,000 just something less that $500, even free is cool as long as it works well especially with a tablet/ Thanks!

You can get anime studio, it's pretty close to adobe flash professional. It's about $100 or so and it's pretty good. It has tablet compatibility, so that's a pro! Anyways, hope my input helped.

How do I get myself motivated at work?

I find myself getting gradualy run down during the day, even if ive had a great morning and im raring to go when i start. As soon as i sit in my desk i quite literally feel the enthusiasm getting sucked out of me untill im just left as a moody grump doing little to no work near the end of the day. Im sure there are lots of people who feel like this so if any of you want to share how you get through the day I'd be grateful.

I relate! I am always trying to come up with ways to motivate myself to work jobs that aren't that interesting or have done so many times, and it's not easy. Sometimes I make it a game and see if I can beat my time in getting something done or find a new way to do it that adds some challenge. You're probably intelligent and need challenge, and sometimes you need to create that challenge for yourself when your work doesn't do it. Take some classes or learn something new. Your brain needs a workout and that's why it's crying out for motivation. You will find it easier to do the trivial things if you have something more interesting to look forward to the rest of the day. Also, maybe it's time to see if you would like to size up a new job. I think you need more challenge. So take the leap of faith and look into a new job for the future. If you're that bored, you need to plan on moving on. You may need more training so get started now while you're in this job. God bless you.
