Gears Of War 2 Its Good To Be The King Achievement Help?

I am trying to get the achievement Its Good To Be The King on Gears Of War 2 but i just cant. Everyone always votes for another match and when I do play im hardly ever the leader. Does anyone know any tricks or glitches to get this achievement and I dont have another profile with the achievement to glitch it. Thanks my gamertag is Shaunie 666.

Invite people and set up private matches where you can choose the game type. That would probably be the easiest way. I've just been doing the online thing and I'm at 8/10 for it so I need it too. If you're going to be the leader you have to make sure you don't have idiots that all try to go after the other leader getting themselves killed and leave you by yourself. My GT is SleeperZz21 I play almost every day.
