Any Must-have game boy advance games?

Derrick T

Could you recomend a game that is WORTH BUYING?

Answer
The top 5 GBA advance games are as follows:

1. Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2
Summary:Mario hasn't even had a chance to savor his victory in the original Super Mario Advance, and already he's back for more in Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2. This game is a re-creation of the Super NES classic Super Mario World, featuring every last secret exit and all 74 levels of platform-jumping action. Once again, Princess Peach has been kidnapped by the ever-diabolical Bowser, and Mario and Luigi set out on a massive adventure to rescue her. As either Mario or Luigi, you'll solve puzzles, shoot fireballs, fly, and discover the hidden secrets in Dinosaur Island.
Rating:93/100

2. Super Mario Bros. 3
Summary: A combination of exciting platforming action, wild power-ups, and charming Mario style has made Super Mario Bros. 3 a classic. With Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3, you have your chance to partake in the special adventure anywhere you go on your Game Boy Advance. Your mission is to rescue the Mushroom Kingdom monarchs who have been transformed into animals by Bowser and his mischievous offspring, and in the process save the princess kidnapped by Bowser. Traverse eight huge worlds and encounter fun minigames and frantic boss battles as you explore the first Mario game to use an overworld map.
Rating: 92/100

3. Advance Wars
Summary: Advance Wars is as brilliant as they come on the Game Boy Advance. The game isn't this action-packed button-mashing thumb-buster on the system, but Advance Wars is incredibly intense and amazingly addictive...especially when you learn every little nuance of the game design. Single player mode is a challenge in itself, but when you get another player (or three) into the battlefield, that's when you see just how versatile the game design really is. The learning curve has been addressed with a well-designed and integrated tutorial mode that must be completed in order to gain access to the rest of the game.
Rating: 92/100

4. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Summary: Now you have a link to one of the greatest adventures in The Legend of Zelda series. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past revives the classic SNES game on the Game Boy Advance and adds a new multiplayer mode. In a Link to the Past, Link travels between the light world and the dark world, conquering fierce monsters and uncovering Hyrule's deepest secrets along the way. Also included is Four Swords, which lets you play with up to three other players, slashing through dungeons and collecting rupees. Whether you choose solo or competitive play, The Legend of Zelda will keep you occupied with its brain-bending puzzles and fun swashbuckling action.
Rating: 92/100

5. Mario Kart Super Circuit
Summary: Whoever hands out driver's licenses in the Mushroom Kingdom is about to be in some serious trouble. Classic Mario Kart action is back once again, this time in a colorful, lightning-fast game that you can take anywhere. Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Wario, Yoshi, and Bowser are all tearing up the track, tossing Koopa Shells and laying banana peels along the way. Mario Kart: Super Circuit puts your driving skills to the test on 40 tracks, each littered with wild weapons and obstacles. Four players can compete in Mario Kart: Super Circuit using only one Game Pak. If each player has a copy of the game, bonus features and new modes of play become available.
Rating: 92/100

any final fantasies on game boy color / game boy advance?

Ace

just looking into it.

Answer
No Final Fantasy games were released on the Game Boy Color, but several were released on the Game Boy Advance. Here is a list:

* Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
* Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls
* Final Fantasy IV Advance
* Final Fantasy V Advance
* Final Fantasy VI Advance

There were also some Final Fantasy games for the original Game Boy. Since the GBC and GBA are backwards compatible, these games are playable on them. Note that none of these games are "real" Final Fantasy games. They were renamed when they were released in North America to take advantage of the Final Fantasy name.

* The Final Fantasy Legend (real name was SaGa)
* Final Fantasy Legend II (real name was SaGa 2)
* Final Fantasy Legend III (real name was SaGa 3)
* Final Fantasy Adventure (later remade as Sword of Mana for the GBA)

I really like what I have seen with Pokemon X & Y, so I would love to play it. It would be awesome if I could play some game boy advance games on it too, but I don't know if that works.

Answer
To answer your question, it's absolutely necessary to buy a 3DS for Pokemon X/Y because it's only for the 3DS.

There's plenty of other 3DS games now too, you know. Game Boy Advance games are not compatible with the 3DS, but DS games are. There's also the 3DS eShop which has a selection of classic Game Boy and NES games available to download.

How do you enter cheat codes on a game boy advance?

+Micaela_D

I have a Game Boy Advance SP and I've been playing Pokemon Sapphire. I know that there's cheat codes, and I've looked everywhere for the answer to this question. I know you can enter the codes on an emulator but how would you enter them on the ACTUAL game system? If, it's even possible. Thanks!

Answer
its like putting in a code in the old snes games. you need to put in like a combo of buttons. that or there is a menu where you can jus enter a code word an it unlocks the cheat. an numerous people still own game boys retard guy! i myself would like a game boy color jus to get pokemon silver again. haha

questionab

I want to know which is the best Game Boy Advance game for Simulation, Strategy and Adventure. I also like games that shows role-playing, upgrading and purchasing.

Answer
Star Wars: Flight of the Falcon Game Boy Advance.

Most likely your best bet. There are so many more though:

AirForce Delta Storm Game Boy Advance
Top Gun: Combat Zones Game Boy Advance
Super Hornet F/A-18F Game Boy Advance
Wing Commander: Prophecy Game Boy Advance
Blades of Thunder Game Boy Advance

Those are the ones that seemed most interesting.
There are also many others, such as all of the Petz simulation games (Horses, Cats, ect.)

Harvest Moon is also probably the best GBA PRG game out at the moment.
