Where can I play a game online similar to the board game Warhammer 40,000?

Ideally a game where you select an army based on a points system or similar so both sides are equal. Then you take turns to move fire etc. so in in a stlye like chess. Does anything like that exist?

I have yet to figure out the game you say, you can say specifically about the games for me, or you can find it on http://www.yepi2.co and http://www.yepi-juegos.com. there are a lot of games like this

I can game through Skype or pretty much anywhere else. Im a pretty big stoner so I usually keep a nice buzz going throughout the session. However, my mic doesnt work so if I use a video chat program, i have to IM.
