Where can I find good game maker 8 tutorials?

Q. Don't mean to spam or get off topic, but I need a good way to learn and understand game maker 8. It doesn't even have to be the bought pack. Just the simple, free one. Can somebody help me? Alot of the stuff on there doesn't make sense to me.

How to create my characters in game maker?

I just did one animation in game maker so how do I import it to game maker? or is there a way to create my own sprites in game maker? I don't mean the resources they use for tutorials.I mean to make my own resources.

Do you mean this:
You made sprite that haves animation in game maker.
Or:
You made animation and you want it in game maker.
Go to sprite. Create new sprite. Edit sprite. Then file and create from file.

And for your next question:
Yes you can create your own sprites. Just create sprite. edit sprite. file, new sprite. then the size. and ok. Then double click the image0 and then edit it. and if you want to make animation just copy your image0 and edit image1(comes when you copy image0)
