Would Game 3 still be played on Saturday the 31st? I wouldn't want to buy game tickets and plane tickets only to have the game pushed back because of rained out games earlier in the series.

Game 3 would be played on schedule; the travel day would be lost (albeit here, it's just likely taking a train between cities as well as a bus ride between stations).
Where it would get interesting is if Game 1 has to be postponed because that would mean each team would need a fifth starter or CC Sabathia and Cliff Lee would have to come back on three days' rest.
