Q. Who gets their cut? producers, developers, advertisements, or what?
Answer
It costs a total of about $10 for each game actually to be made, the retailer sells the game, takes a small percentage of the sale agreed by the manufacturer, the maker or creator of the game takes a portion, along with developers and other parties who have a stake in the production, distribution and sale of the game. In the end your $10 game is sold for $59.99 giving the manufacturer a huge profit and making retailers rich in the same right.

Answer
There aren't any for only that much. The LOWEST you'll find game wise is $19.99.
BUT, there IS a FREE game, but the drawback is the game is HUGE (15GB) so it will take up a decent chunk of HDD space AND it will take a LONG time to completely download and install as well.
The game is called DC Universe. If you have the patience and time to download it, it's one of the only free full games available.
Hope that helps.
