Answer
Call of Duty (5) World at War's game modes are:
Capture the Flag: capture the enemy flag while attempting to defend yours.
Team Deathmatch: The object of this game mode is to kill as many people as you can on the opposing team. The teams are broken up into Allies, and Axis. Each kill is worth 1 point. Depending on the settings of the game, a match usually ends with first team to reach 100 points as the winner. If the point limit isn't reached after a certain amount of time, the team with the most points when the time runs out wins.
Search and Destroy:
Attacking team
Eliminate all enemies is an instant win. Plant the bomb on one of two spots indicated by an A or B. Then defend it for 45 seconds or eliminate all enemies.
Defending team
Eliminate all enemies. When the bomb is armed, the opposing team must defuse it or eliminate all enemies. Remember that it takes 5 seconds to defuse it. Even if you eliminate all enemies after the bomb is armed, they can still win if the bomb explodes.
Nazi Zombies: Your on a team, kill the zombies.
Deathmatch: Free-for-all first to x amount of kills wins.
Sabotage:a bomb-based game type in Call of Duty 4 somewhat similar to Search and Destroy. Unlike S&D though, the bomb is neutral, there is only one round, and both teams are simultaneously trying to destroy the opposing team's base. Whichever player is carrying the bomb is given a marker (green with the word "Defend" for friendlies, red with the word "Kill" for enemies) that updates every 2 seconds. When a player is killed during regulation, he must wait 7 seconds to respawn. A team needs only one score to win the game, though this can take a lot if not all the 20+ minutes of regulation (clock starts at 20 minutes, though at any time the bomb is armed at one of the two attack points the main clock will be frozen). If no winner is declared by the end of regulation, the game goes into Sudden Death. At the beginning of Sudden Death, all dead players are respawned, and the mini-map will permanently show all enemy targets. There are no respawns, effectively turning the game into a neutral Search and Destroy. The game then ends when an entire team is eliminated, the target is bombed, or the 90-second sudden death timer runs out (thus ending in a draw).
Domination: a multiplayer game mode featured in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. There are three flags scattered about the map that begin as neutral. Teams gain points by capturing these flags. Domination is a very popular game mode thanks to its high rewards and tactical game-play.

Answer
Greetings.
What you must be aware of is that this game is an online game, an MMORPG. It is not an offline game where you usually decide to play one hour per weekend and that be it. In World of Warcraft, even though you may plan on spending two days per week only on it, it will consume a lot more of your time, without doubt. Why?
Assume that you get a couple of friends. You all want to play together and it is really fun. They ask if you want to do something very entertaining at Wednesday. You may not want to. Then you try for the first time and want to keep doing it. Will your schedule be working, then? Definitely not. This game will just take a lot of your time no matter of what. You want to compete with others, do something fun with others, live up to promises (e.g. do something every Friday), and so forth.
Therefore, I suggest that you let this game go. It is a good game, but it is too addicting to many people. It is better for you if you stick to your studies and perhaps play some "brain games" that you can let go whenever you want without worrying about anything, and you can improve your learning skills by a great deal, believe me.
Take a look at this: http://www.switched.com/2008/09/21/top-11-free-brain-games/
It is all up to you. You have your future career ready. All you have to do is strive to take a hold of it. With many games coming out and many new features every single day, the addiction can be severe and I cannot recommend that you continue playing the game. If you do, make sure you do not do anything that you need to continue with after the weekend or anything similar. My word of advice is a simple "no."
Also, ask yourself about the alternatives. Assume that you spend three hours per Saturday and Sunday (i.e. six hours total) playing this game. Let us say that you do that every weekend for a whole year.
365 days / 7 days â 52 weeks
= 52 x 6 hours = 312 hours
In a year, you would spend 312 hours playing an online game. What would you get out of it? Would you become smarter? Would you sleep better? What would be beneficial? It could be a good way of interacting with other people, but I hope you can manage that in your college.
Then move on and ask yourself, what if you spent 312 hours per year reading about random facts, playing brain games, doing extra physical and mental exercises, etc.? How great would that be? As you can probably figure out, it is more beneficial for you if you find something else to do because the game can be addicting, time-consuming (especially when you have to wait for hours to start something, e.g. a raid instance), and just mess with your everyday plans.
Good luck in any case. I hope my answer helps.
