Q. I know the Dreamcast doesn't need a chip to play the burned games, but does the Gamecube need one or is there a more easy way to make it able to play burned games? Like using some kind of boot up disk or something.

The only way I can think of is a Mod Chip, which would require the Mod Chip being soldered within the GameCube which should disable the system from requiring the game to have a Burst Cutting Area (BCA). This barcode printed near the center of the disc which is visible to the naked eye tells the GameCube that the game isn't a Homebrew or a Copy of the original. Disable that and it should read any game.

Everyone I know says that the Gamecube has worse graphics than the PS2 and is weaker I know it's not true so help me prove these people wrong.

If you look up the hardware specs of each console, you'll see that the PS2 is the weakest console of its generation (not counting console no one's ever heard of). The Gamecube was already a lot more powerful and the Wii has better hardware than the Gamecube. The best looking game on Wii is Super Mario Galaxy, at least until the sequel comes out.
