What would be some awesome things that I could do with a lot of my friends?

So here was my original plan: Gamer Truck (it has a lot of games and systems for up to 16 people can play), an Air-soft gun war, then finnish of with swimming. But then Air-soft got canceled out, so what would be a good thing to fill this slot? Has to be on stuff for around 12-13 year olds, it will be in july. Please provide details
