To run most games directly from the website, you would need flash(2.2 update). When you get the 2.2 update and have adobe flash on your phone, some good sites would be-> kongregate.com, mochigames.com, gameanyplace.com.

I have been seeing a lot of things like "4 pictures one word" and they will list out the pictures, and the letters to use to make the word and how many letters are in the world itself. What game is everyone playing? Can I play this game online, without a smart phone?

Its called 4 Pics 1 Word and its on Android and IOS
Can you play it online - Not currently, its just for smartphones and anything that can run an app (iPad/Tablet etc)
